Our story

Building in Tirunelveli since 2010

Buvi Builders started in 2010 as a small team of civil engineers in Vannarpettai, building independent houses for families across Tirunelveli. The idea was simple: write down exactly what we will build and what it will cost, and then deliver exactly that.

Fifteen years and more than 250 projects later, we build family homes, premium villas, commercial buildings and mid-size apartment communities. The team has grown to 40 engineers, supervisors and craftsmen, but every project still gets one site engineer who answers your calls from the first plan to handover.

We use modern methods where they make a real difference: 3D elevations before construction, machine-mixed concrete, digital progress photos every week, and itemised BOQs that make pricing easy to check.
